A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - Backend (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to enhance product direction and collaborate with stakeholders to streamline designs
Take ownership of technical initiatives, managing projects from design to execution and progress reporting
Mentor engineers, lead technical interviews, and manage incident responses
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience developing web APIs within .NET (C#), ideally 15+ years
Experience with ORMs such as Entity Framework
Experience in constructing and optimizing RDMS queries
Familiarity with asynchronous programming models
General knowledge of Messaging Queues (e.g., AMQP) and PaaS environments (e.g., Azure)
