Job Summary and Qualifications
As a compassionate ICU RN, you will deliver exceptional care to patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessments. You will autonomously make clinical decisions and be part of a supportive team striving for excellence in patient care.
What You'll Do:
Act as an advocate for patients and families, ensuring their privacy and confidentiality.
Educate patients and families on medications and treatment plans.
Provide focused care and commit to continuous improvement in patient outcomes.
Job Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse license in Florida or ability to obtain prior to starting.
1+ years of experience in an acute care setting preferred.
BLS certification required.
ACLS certification to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
BSN is preferred; CCRN certification is a plus.
HCA Florida Osceola Hospital, a 404-bed Level II Trauma Center, is a teaching hospital affiliated with UCF College of Medicine. Conveniently located in Kissimmee, we offer a range of services including Emergency Care, Trauma Care, Pediatric ER, and Comprehensive Stroke Center.
