About the Role:
As an Emergency Room RN, you will be a vital part of our healthcare team. Your responsibilities will include:
Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages in emergency situations.
Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and situations.
Manage multiple patient cases simultaneously while ensuring high-quality care.
Provide follow-up care instructions and coordinate with other departments.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse license in Florida or eligibility to obtain.
Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma required.
Preferred experience of at least 1 year in an acute care setting.
BLS certification required prior to starting.
Additional certifications to be completed within specified timeframes.
