ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide analysis and reporting for all operational expenses by cost center.
Partner with each cost center owner to understand trends, risks, opportunities and review monthly P&L.
Support business planning and forecasts towards achieving organizational objectives, improving visibility and measurement of results.
Review OpEx (operating expenses) during closing, post/reverse accruals as needed, identify items to be capitalized.
Assist with external and internal audits by providing requisite details for succession completion of audit.
Actively identifies ways to eliminate low-value work and leverages efficient automation.

REQUIREMENTS:

3-5 years of experience working within a finance function supporting Operations and Executive Leadership
Corporate Business Planning and Analysis experience required, including planning and forecasting, business case analysis, and financial modeling.
Strong system skills working in ERPs, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization such as Power BI.
Creatively collect and analyze large amounts of data, developing clear conclusions and recommendations.
Ability to clearly explain complex concepts, both written and verbally, to various levels within the organization.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, and strategically manage diverse range of focus areas.
Knowledge of accounting principles and understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to interact with different management levels.

Salary range: $85,000-$95,000/year
