*DESCRIPTION*

We are looking for a talented *EV/Diesel Technician* to join our Distribution business in Riviera Beach, Florida.

*$5,000 USD sign on bonus!!!*

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

+ Apply documented procedures and policies to complete complex repairs, including identifying and preparing required parts and tools.

+ Disassemble, inspect, clean and reassemble engines and /or engine components.

+ Perform preventative maintenance based on assessment of engines.

+ Assist more experienced technicians with diagnostics and development of repair plans engines in the workshop.

+ Complete required documentation, such as work completed documents, time sheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens.

+ Complete training in line with skill and business requirements.

+ Maintain work area and tools for cleanliness and proper operation

+ Adhere to all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and reports any issues / incidents to their supervisors.

*RESPONSIBILITIES*

In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:

(Intermediate):

+ EV experience needed

+ Completes complex internal engine repairs

+ Performs engine overhauls with limited direct supervision

*Education, Licenses, Certifications:*

+ Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred)

+ EV certification (Preferred)

+ Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution

+ Locally valid driving permit (Preferred)

+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

*QUALIFICATIONS*

This position does not require a CDL but would be nice to have, a CDL may be required to obtain upon hire, must be 21 years old to obtain CDL. This position does not require any DOT related pre-screening.

*Compensation and Benefits*

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
