Come join our team as an IT Help Desk Associate to support our remote IT team.
This position will be responsible for providing reliable and efficient tier 1 technological support to our internal customers.

Candidates must be local to Central Florida with the ability to travel across Central Florida as needed, sometimes at short notice.

Job Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and other equipment problems.
Provide basic technical support for desktop, laptop, server and networking issues.
Ensure all issues are resolved promptly and support tickets are resolved quickly with minimal downtime for internal customers.
Assist with the technical onboarding and training of new employees.
Specific Requirements
Proven technical expertise and resourcefulness.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft environment as well as Apple devices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
Superior customer service and prioritization skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

• Possess the initiative to obtain education related to sustainability practices.
• Demonstrate an understanding of and follow established Bank policies, procedures, and regulations, cognizant of transactions, inquiries that appear suspicious, obtaining reasonable and verifiable explanations, notifying the Compliance Officer when necessary; completion of all web-based compliance training; resolution of all issues concerning BSA report reviews of suspicious activity and or cash transactions.
Physical Demands:

Sustained standing and sitting;
Frequent use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor;
Occasional lifting of basic office files or equipment up to 20 lbs.
