Your new company
A leader in the Commercial Construction industry that provides an excellent opportunity for growth and high performance.
Your new role
As Chief Estimator, you will be responsible for all bids and team estimating. You will be a company leader interacting with all aspects of company focus and projects. Estimators on the team will be responsible for the project costing, negotiation with vendors, take-offs and budgets.
You will work with the pre-construction team to create successful bids, and you will then communicate with other operational team leaders, liaising with sub-trades, consultants, engineers and client representatives.
What you will need to succeed 5+ years of experience working as a Senior/Chief Estimator
Ground up construction experience required
Ability to multi-task and drive on time, on budget results
Strong communication skills
