Knowledge and Skills
Direct experience with enterprise applications.
Knowledge and proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
Strong presentation and written communication skills.
Communicating with managers, and key stakeholders about the agency's strategic planning and business objectives.
Prepare accounting reports.
Design, develop and implement accounting dashboards.
Ability to work closely with IT teams to ensure designs are aligned with business objectives.
Assist in converting requirements into designs / configurations for testing, review and implementation plans with the Program Manager, Business groups, user groups.
Provide post-implementation support for implemented solutions.
Preference will be given to candidates with previous exposure to Microsoft Access applications.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence tools and systems.
Previous experience with enterprise systems.
Demonstrated organizational skills in terms of project management, meeting facilitation and definition of solutions with the business.
Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to articulate business solutions, and communicate effectively with technical teams to develop and configure solutions.
Strong competency in basic Microsoft 365 applications as well as Visio, Access, and Power BI.
