Onsite role on W2
This is a temporary to permanent assignment
This person will be required to work onsite.
Job Summary: This person will be providing basic administrative support to Raymond James Trust Operations team.
Job Duties
Responsible for scanning and uploading transaction documents into proprietary database
Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel
Perform various duties as assigned
Operational tasks for back office and middle office processing ie. posting checks, printing checks, creating workflow items, mail sorting and indexing
Work Schedule: 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday
Interview Information: Interviews will likely be conducted over Zoom; therefore, please include the candidates email address on top of their resume.
Skills: Must Haves:
● 3+ years of recent experience in a role that involved data entry, account maintenance, check handling and ideally client-specific information
● Accurate data entry skills - Please have all candidates complete a Data Entry Test prior to submitting in Wand. The data entry test should measure the candidates speed and accuracy. In order to be submitted, the candidate must score at least 85% accuracy with a speed of at least 6000 KPH. Scores must be included on the resume.
● Strong attention to detail
● Basic to intermediate Excel skills (must be able to create a basic spreadsheet, add / remove columns and rows, data entry)
● Basic to intermediate skills with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, in addition to Excel)
● Professional demeanor
● Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Education High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelors Degree is a plus Skills
