REB Management Services Inc. is currently seeking to hire Seasonal Delivery Drivers for Land O' Lakes and Seffner (With possibility for Full-time after probationary period.)

Delivery Driver Skills and requirements:

Enjoy driving and be passionate about customer service.
An active working smart phone (for communication purposes)
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Clean driving record with no current impediments against your drivers license.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Must be willing to consent to a drug screen.
Reliable, dependable, positive go-getter attitude.
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays (except for Christmas and New Years).
Drivers must work either a Sunday and/or Saturday based on the schedule. Shift starts at 10:30am. The daily hours worked vary and are dependent on routes scheduled for that day.

Deliver Driver Job Responsibilities:

Perform daily vehicle inspections.
Work in all weather conditions; Lift up to (and including) 50lbs; get in and out of the van 150-200 times a day.
Use a smartphone app to scan packages, use GPS navigation, follow delivery instructions, and communicate with customers.

Deliver Driver Benefits:

Starting pay is $20.00/hr. With opportunities for overtime (1.5x normal rate) and bonuses.
Paid training
$125 credit towards safety shoes through Zappos.
