The Digital Marketing Manager at Chris-Craft is an essential part of the Marketing Team, responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns to promote the Chris-Craft brand. The Digital Marketing Manager plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and leads that translate into sales.

Duties / Responsibilities

Oversee and assist with production of all marketing materials including ad pages, collateral, website, brochures, and signage, while retaining the Chris-Craft brand image.
Maintain and populate our customer facing websites - chriscraft.com and chriscraftdealers.com - constantly optimizing for best usability.
Evaluate and improve metrics that drive our sales through monitoring our website traffic, leads, and target audience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, and social media as well as measuring and reporting on performance.
Maintain and improve upon our digital platforms- MyChrisCraft App and Salesforce CRM system.
Work with the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service Teams to brainstorm strategies that improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred
Proven work experience in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user interfaces
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good verbal/written communication skills
