We are excited to invite a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner with expertise in procedures to join our dynamic team at Personic Health. Comprehensive training is provided for all wound care services to equip our team with the vital skills and knowledge necessary for success.

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves mobile practice, requiring travel to patients' homes.
You will perform bedside wound care procedures and position patients for optimal wound care.
Diverse medical procedures will be performed independently including wound care practices, biopsies, debridement, suturing, and injections.
Assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans for patients with various acute and chronic conditions.
Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Conduct patient education on treatment plans, preventive care, and lifestyle changes.
Maintain accurate health records using electronic health record systems.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical practice guidelines.
Provide leadership and mentorship to other nursing staff as appropriate.
Stay updated on medical technology, procedures, and best practices.
Employ critical clinical judgment and decisive decision-making to assess patient conditions and implement effective interventions.
Navigate complex patient cases drawing on your clinical expertise for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of application.
Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
A strong desire to thrive in a procedure-focused environment.
New graduates with relevant training and clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.
Expertise in wound care management, including assessment and treatment of various wounds.
Proficiency with scalpels and performing medical procedures competently.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Robust critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Eagerness to pursue ongoing education and professional development.

Job Type:

Full-Time
Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (with flexibility as needed).
Weekly schedule: 5x8 hours, totaling 40 hours per week.

Work Setting: In-person, traveling between patient locations.
