Responsibilities:

Work on-site during regular weekday hours to perform office services, including clerical support, printing, scanning, data entry, filing, and inventory tracking.
Support administrative needs by utilizing business applications like the Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks.
Answer calls, emails, and other communication professionally in English; bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media and marketing strategy.
Coordinate with HR partners on new hire onboarding and payroll entry.
Create and track purchase orders with Project Managers to manage budget and inventory.
Foster a positive, energetic work environment and contribute to the overall team dynamic.

Qualifications:

2+ years of office/clerical experience with QuickBooks and basic accounting principles.
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.
Experience or willingness to learn inventory control and procurement processes.
Proficiency with Windows applications and web-based tools.
Ability to learn social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
