Responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient reporting and input of data related to all core business functions to include:
provider data, clinical data, member data, and other data types.
Must reside in the state of Florida to be eligible for this role.Perform business analysis, identify root cause, and develop recommendations and solutions to drive business improvementsCollaborate across departments to develop and implement improved workflows and processesEnsure the timeliness and accuracy of internal and external report deliverablesManage scheduled and ad hoc reporting needs of the organizationExecute and manage the completion of large reconciliation tasksResponsible for the quality and completeness of data in core systems by performing and overseeing the auditing of dataOversee large systems and data related projectsMentor and manage a team of data analysts of variable skill and practice levelsLead and execute complex data related analytical projects to drive business decisions and efficienciesEducation/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
6years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience.
Medicare and Medicaid managed care experience a plus.
Knowledge of various data mining, reporting, and reconciliation tools and methodologies.
Advanced systems and software knowledge in MS Access and Excel, SQL, Business Objects, and data warehousing.Pay Range:
$105,600.00 - $195,400.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including:

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
