Senior Account Executive | Healthcare SaaSAs a Senior Account Executive, you'll take the lead in driving revenue growth by owning the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
You'll build and manage a book of business, leveraging your expertise in healthcare SaaS, devices, or pharmaceuticals to connect with clients and deliver tailored solutions.
This role is perfect for a results-oriented sales leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.We are specifically looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in solution selling to small to mid-market segments, including selling healthcare-related SaaS, devices, and drugs.
A proven track record in managing outbound strategies, conducting high-value demos, and closing deals in the healthcare industry is essential.
This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-oriented sales professional ready to make a significant impact in the healthcare SaaS space.What You'll Do:
Own the Sales Cycle:
From proactive prospecting and lead qualification to high-value demos and closing, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth.Showcase Value:
Conduct personalized product demonstrations to highlight how our solutions meet the operational needs of private pay aesthetic and healthcare practices.Demonstrate a deep understanding of clinic management requirements, including operational workflows for small to medium-sized healthcare practiceBuild Relationships:
Develop strong connections with physicians, nurses, and decision-makers in medspas, cosmetic surgery centers, dental offices, and vision clinics.Exceed Targets:
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, contributing to company growth.Leverage Technology:
Use HubSpot to manage email sequences, deal pipelines, and detailed records of leads and deals.Collaborate Across Teams:
Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and enhance the client experience.Strategize Solutions:
Utilize your knowledge of digital marketing and paid advertising to tailor solutions that align with client needs.What You Bring to the Table:
Experience:
5+ years of solution-selling experience, with a proven track record in healthcare SaaS, devices, or pharmaceuticals.Knowledge of medspas, healthcare industry practices and regulations is highly desirable.Tech Savvy:
Proficiency with HubSpot for CRM-driven sales, email sequencing, and deal pipeline management.Proven exposure to digital marketing, particularly to paid advertising.Communication Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal skills, with a knack for overcoming objections and closing deals.Demonstrated ability to manage and book product demos that effectively address client objectives and close sales.Self-Motivation:
A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.Education:
