Als Commercial Jets Trainee Broker sind Sie für die Bereitstellung maßgeschneiderter Charterlösungen für Gruppen ab 19 Passagieren verantwortlich.
Durch unser detailliertes 14-monatiges Schulungsprogramm stellen wir sicher, dass Sie noch vor dem aktiven Verkauf bestmöglich über unser Portfolio geschult werden.
Zu den täglichen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:
Recherche und Identifikation von Kunden und Geschäftsfeldern
Proaktive Kontaktaufnahme mit potenziellen Kunden
Schnelle und effiziente Bearbeitung von Anfragen
Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen
Verwaltung von Charterbuchungen von der Anfrage bis zur Nachbereitung der Reise
Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, sollten Sie folgendes mitbringen:
Sie sind kundenorientiert, ehrgeizig und engagiert
Sie haben bereits in kundenorientierten Positionen gearbeitet, idealerweise im Gruppen- oder Luxussegment der Reisebeschaffung
Sie sind belastbar, haben eine positive Einstellung und sind interessiert an der Luftfahrt
Hoch motiviert mit dem Wunsch, Ziele zu erreichen und zu übertreffen
Sie sind selbstbewusst und bringen sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit
Flexibel und bereit, außerhalb der Arbeitszeit zu arbeiten (Aviation ist nicht 9-5)!
An diesem Standort erhalten Sie ein Grundgehalt von 42.000 € pro Jahr. Wenn Sie bis zum 4. Monat alle Ziele erreicht haben, haben Sie Anspruch auf einen Bonus für 12 Monate, der zusätzlich ausgezahlt wird.
