Position: Summer Internship Program - Global Air Sourcing Analyst
Location: Hybrid in Miami, Florida
Dates: May 12th - July 25th, 2025

Key Details:
Hybrid Program: This internship is a hybrid program based in Miami, Florida. Students must be available for the entire duration of the program and willing to work a hybrid schedule, combining both in-office and remote work. This is a full-time opportunity, with interns working 40 hours per week. While hours may vary, interns can expect to work from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
Relocation Support: Carnival provides housing for interns who are relocating to Miami for the summer.
Eligibility: Juniors, seniors, and graduate students are preferred for the program.
Technical Requirements: Interns will be provided with a company-issued laptop and will need reliable internet when working remotely.

Onboarding: Interns will participate in a comprehensive onboarding process, including orientation sessions and pre-internship activities.
Department Name: Global Air Sourcing
Department Summary: The Global Air Sourcing team negotiates contracts with airlines and distribution channels on behalf of all brands globally, guided by data and analytical insights. We are also supporting the brands in modernizing their IT travel technology and function as subject matter experts for all things aviation industry.
Internship Project Summary:
Project Title: Airline Terms and Conditions Audit
Objective: The intern will research and catalogue terms and conditions of airline programs and flag those for re-negotiation that don't meet established requirements.
Essential Functions:
Establish a must-have list for required terms and conditions for airline fare programs.
Evaluate existing programs against the must-have list and flag all shortfalls.
Work with the negotiations team to address identified shortfalls with airlines.
Specific Qualifications:
Required:
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail.
Strong foundation in Excel.
Preferred:
PowerBI, SQL, and Python.
Aviation Industry knowledge strongly preferred.
