Whats unique about this job (What you'll do)

At PriceSmart, you'll take the lead in transforming how technology supports our people. As a Technical Product Manager, you'll own the strategy, architecture, and execution of our HRIS and HCM platforms. Your work will directly enhance efficiency, scalability, and user satisfaction across our operations in 13 countries. You're a technical product manager with a knack for turning complex challenges into innovative solutions. With deep technical expertise, you understand system architecture and integration, and you have a proven track record of managing large-scale implementations. Your ability to align technology with business objectives sets you apart, and you thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Ownership:
  Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for HRIS and HCM platforms, balancing user needs and business goals.
• System Architecture & Integration:
  Design scalable, secure architectures and integrate platforms with enterprise systems like payroll and talent management.
• Program Management:
  Drive end-to-end implementation of HR technology projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Data & Analytics:
  Build advanced analytics frameworks to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  Serve as a bridge between engineering, HR, and leadership teams, translating technical concepts into actionable insights.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Monitor post-deployment performance, implement optimizations, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience:
  5+ years in product or technical project management; 3+ years in HR technology or enterprise systems.
• Technical Expertise:
  Hands-on experience with platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM. Strong knowledge of system design and integration.
• Leadership:
  Proven success managing large-scale projects; certifications like PMP or CSM are a plus.
• Data-Driven Approach:
  Proficient in analytics tools like Power BI to enable informed decisions.
• Problem-Solving Skills:
  Innovative solutions for complex challenges.
• Education:
  Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
