The Research Clerk III researches, resolves and responds to Customer account inquiries from basic up to complex research requests.

Depth & Scope:

Researches, resolves and responds to complex Customer account inquiries
Traces, locates, and obtains copies of account data upon the request of Customers or bank personnel
Retrieves, researches, and distributes papers, data and documents as requested according to established policy and procedures
Contacts Customers and bank personnel to exchange, solicit or provide information as needed
Completes research requests from branches, departments, Customers, third-party vendors and/or other financial institutions according to departmental guidelines
Provides more complex training to staff

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or GED
2-3 years related experience required
Proven ability to work independently and within deadlines
Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
Effective problem solving and communication skills
Demonstrated Customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly
Team player
Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work
Good composition skills to reply to Customer inquiries by mail or email or to document research activities
Excellent PC skills
