We are seeking an energetic, motivated, flexible individual to fill the position of an Operations Assistant to join our team and help our leaders and staff complete administrative tasks and procedures as needed.

What You'll Do:
As an Operations Assistant, you will.
•assigned by management to meet the evolving needs of our organization Report to: Director of Operations.
•Vehicle Inspection: Perform daily inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition and report any issues promptly
•Prepare and file forms and other documents
•Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
•Take inventory and order office supplies as needed
•Update logs and order forms
•Analyze all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the Manager
•Additional Duties: Be open to performing additional duties as

Requirements and Skills:
•Must have at least 1 year of management experience
•Must be at least 21 years old
•Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment
•Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
•Must have a positive attitude
•Must be able to pass motor vehicle records check and drug test
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Superb organizational abilities
Shifts: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm or 2:00 pm - 10:00 and or alternating with weekend availability required.
