A company is looking for a Lead Credit Manager to oversee the Credit function for the Thrive line of credit product.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new credit policies and conduct analysis to drive business insights
Collaborate with the Data Science team to utilize models for business outcomes
Build frameworks and controls for managing credit programs effectively
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Mathematics
6+ years of experience in data analytics and credit risk management
Preferred experience in leading a team of analysts
Eagerness to learn new tools and stay updated with industry trends
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively to an executive audience
