Job Summary

ABOUT THE JOB

We're looking for a responsible and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role entails supporting the supervisor and other personnel by drafting reports and managing correspondence. Additional duties encompass maintaining records, organizing files, consolidating data, and liaising with various departments.

Job Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO

As an Administrative Assistant at Cemex, your daily responsibilities will include:

Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to our team, ensuring efficient operation of the office.
Coordination: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence with a high level of professionalism.
Reporting: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data management.
Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for clients and visitors, offering exceptional customer service.
Vendor Management: Oversee office supplies inventory and manage vendor relationships.
Problem solver:A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

Qualifications

2-4 years related experience

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

Educational and Licensing Requirements: Highschool diploma (Associate's Degree preferred).
Experience: 2-4 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management systems, strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Working Conditions

Safety First: Wearing protective equipment and adhering to safety protocols is a must.
Office Environment: Primarily in an office environment with occasional exposure to other areas of the facility.
Physical Requirements: Expect frequent walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing as part of your daily routine.
