Field Service Engineer

The role:
As the

Field Service Engineer,

you will provide excellent face-to-face customer service to our customers (domestic and international) whilst promoting our market leading products and services. You will be joining a team that really is essential in maintaining and enhancing both pre- and post-sale customer relationships, being the link between our production facility and our long-standing customers. Our Field Service Team is at the heart of what we do!
Here are some of the responsibilities of the position:
Finalize system manufacture (configure and calibrate) in-house
Service, calibrate, and upgrade system on customer's site
Troubleshoot system functions both in-house and on customer's site
Train users on how to efficiently operate the equipment
Evaluate and troubleshoot system performance both in-house and on customer's site
Evaluate products through quality control procedures
Serve as project leader
Develop documentation
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following:

B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field
3+ years hands on experience
Knowledge of Python, C, etc., is a plus
Knowledge of Electrical Schematics, Multimeter, Oscilloscope, MS Suite,
Great aptitude and attitude
Works well alone and as part of a great team
Travel up to 30% is a

The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year depending on experience.
