This comprehensive year-long residency is designed to support new nurse practitioners in their first year of practice, providing a structured and encouraging environment.

What We Seek
A recent Family Nurse Practitioner graduate, having completed your degree on or after March 1, 2024 (18 months prior to the program start).
A healthcare professional dedicated to community health and family medicine.
A commitment to serving underserved patient populations.
Enhance your application by highlighting all clinical rotations, particularly in community health settings or with underserved populations.
Residency Program Features
Precepted Continuity Clinic - Build a panel of patients with the guidance and support of an experienced provider.
Specialty Rotations - Improve your expertise across various specialties, such as cardiology, women's health, pediatrics, dermatology, and podiatry.
Mentored Clinics - Collaborate with seasoned providers as you see patients, allowing for continuous learning and exposure to varying management styles.
Weekly Didactic Sessions - Engage in live, web-based learning sessions and participate in Lunch and Learn programs led by your preceptors.
What We Offer
An annual salary of $94,542 along with a Continuing Education stipend.

Relocation assistance up to $6,600.
A structured orientation and a twelve-month ramp-up schedule.
