Task Force Assistant General Manager
must be located in Oregonand will provide daily leadership and support to a property during transition or whenever a property has a need. They are responsible for directing all employee functions of the hotel in accordance with the policies and practices of Meret Hotel Management, while achieving guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction, owner satisfaction, revenue and profitability goals. Assignment length will vary based on the need of the property. Works in conjunction with hotel leadership team to accomplish the mission. Responsibilities include hiring, training, sales and timely reporting. The position requires a flexible work schedule and the ability to travel to any location to fulfill and assignment.
