Estimating Manager - High Voltage

Supports strategic direction and approach for each bid.
Responsible for reviewing and approving all estimates.
Mentors and trains estimators in the process, providing them opportunities to obtain great experience in support of the business needs.
Responsible for coaching and providing feedback on performance.
Manages a disciplined approach on the following:
site investigation, estimating, client needs, schedule development, design strategy, and procurement selections.
Establishes a team environment between business development, estimating, contracting, engineering, procurement, and operations in preparing bids and ensures all stakeholders understand the deliverables and the submittal timing.
Collaborates with procurement to understand cost trends of materials and equipment.
Will be responsible for ensuring that feedback from the field is integrated into the estimating software ensuring that production rates, means and methods are consistently up to date.
