EHS coordination and administrative support across the division
Help drive organization's health and safety improvement agenda
Support Earthmoving Division EHS Manager
Typical task breakdown:
Track EHS metrics and produce monthly division EHS and Sustainability reporting
Follow up with Earthmoving global facilities on EHS reporting and EHS improvement action items
Coordinate incident reporting, investigations, and follow up
Support the maintenance of health and safety database of incidents
Interaction with team:
Earthmoving Division EHS Manager, Facility EHS teams, Enterprise EHS experts
Work environment:
In-Office 3 days a week
Education & Experience Required:
4year Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Management or related technical field
3-5 years EHS role
Technical Skills
(Required)
Excellent organization and project management
O365 tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Strong understanding of Health and Safety Management
(Desired)
Compliance auditing
Familiarity with federal and state environmental, health, and safety requirements
EHS or related certification
Soft Skills
Communication (written & verbal)
Ability to collaborate well with global teams
Self motivated with ability to self direct work with limited direction to achieve goals
