Summary of role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Enterprise Master Data Product Owner to lead the development and management of our Enterprise Master Data Management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product ownership, particularly in pharmaceutical or healthcare technology, with expertise in order management, enterprise data, data analytics, radiopharmaceutical processes and digital product management.
This role will be responsible for supporting product vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the Master Data strategy meets advanced technology needs (AI, RPA.
),regulatory standards, business needs and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Product Strategy & Vision:

Help define and communicate the product vision for Enterprise Master Data Management, aligning with overall business objectives.

Develop and maintain a detailed roadmap for data product development and improvement.

Stay informed on technical trends related to AI and RPA, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in data analytics and healthcare order management.

Maintain a data first approach, protect the data, become an expert on end-to-end data flows that interface with the order management systems and ensure monthly data reconciliation does not get disrupted.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders including operations, supply chain, regulatory affairs, IT, and external partners to gather and prioritize product requirements.

Facilitate communication between business units and the development team to ensure alignment and clarity on product features.

Present product strategy and updates to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.

Product Development & Delivery:

Lead agile product development teams, serving as the voice of the customer and ensuring the delivery of high-quality features.

Create and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that user stories are clearly defined and aligned with the product roadmap.

Oversee the design, development, and release of new features and enhancements, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance:

Ensure the enterprise master data management strategy complies with industry regulations and standards related to radiopharmaceuticals (e.
g.
, FDA, EMA, cGMP).

Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and security of the system.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

Define and track key data performance indicators (KPIs) for the end-to-end data flows, ensuring the system supports business goals such as operational efficiency, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Continuously identify areas for system optimization, including user experience, customer feedback, process automation, and integration with other platforms.

Training & Support:

Lead training efforts for end-users and internal teams to ensure effective adoption of the enterprise data flows.

Serve as the point of contact for resolving high-level issues and escalations related to data and data reconciliation.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, IT, or a related field (advanced degree preferred) or 10 plus years of experience in pharmaceutical order management systems.

5+ years of experience in product management, project management, or operations within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries, ideally with exposure to radiopharmaceuticals.

Deep understanding of data analysis, order management systems, supply chain processes, and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical space.

Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing product lifecycles using Agile methodologies.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.
, HL7, FHIR) and integration technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with healthcare data management and MDM in a regulated and HIPAA compliant system
Experience working with radiopharmaceutical production and logistics.

Certification in product management (e.
, CSPO, A-CSPO) or project management (e.
, PMP).

Knowledge of radiopharmaceutical regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
