Our team is responsible for developing all facets of harness and circuit card assemblies from concept to prototype.
These tasks include schematic capture, PCB layout, creating documentation packages and bills of materials.
We are also responsible for developing and maintaining tools (software and hardware) that enable testing of the modules and systems we design and build.
In this position you will have an opportunity to become familiar with MIL standard testing methods and equipment including the use of signal generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, DMMs, etc.

The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains air, land, sea, space and cyber.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or other related discipline and typically 0-2 years of relevant experience
Ability to Obtain/Maintain Secret Clearance
Conceptual knowledge of engineering principles and practices
Basic understanding of Computer Aided Engineering tools
Familiarity with working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams
Creating and reviewing schematics (for both PCB and harness)
Creating and reviewing PCB layout
Documenting and performing test procedures
Troubleshooting, documenting, and resolving CCA, module
Qualifications We Prefer:
Exposure to simulations through functional and logical models and system analysis
Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry
Experience composing and analyzing Electrical Load Analysis (ELA), circuit modeling, simulation, and analysis
Familiarity with design requirements related to High Intensity Radiated Field (HIRF) and Indirect Effects of Lightning (IEL)
Knowledge of industry-standard electrical design principles, to include, but not limited to model-based definition, electrical component selection, manufacturing, and production processes
Familiar with Electro Magnetic Effects (EME) to include, Electro Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) and Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI)
Experience in digital or analog circuit design and schematic capture
Understanding of the printed circuit board layout process and tools
