Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage EHS programs and policies to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations.
Conduct regular EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
Lead accident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
Provide training to employees on safety procedures, emergency response protocols, and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ensure all workplace safety documentation and reporting is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and HR, to promote safety and EHS initiatives across the organization.
Drive a culture of safety awareness through continuous improvement programs and employee engagement.
Monitor and track key EHS metrics, reporting findings to senior management and recommending improvements.
Oversee the handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials in compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an EHS management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment (appliances, electrical, or electronics industry is a plus).
In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices, including OSHA, EPA, and local laws.
Strong understanding of safety management systems, risk assessments, and emergency response protocols.
Proven track record in implementing successful EHS programs and driving safety culture improvements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Certification in EHS-related fields (e.g., CSP, CIH, or similar) is a plus.
