Job Summary:
The Doctor/Community Outreach Coordinator is the primary marketing person responsible for building relationships between dentists' offices and our Rock Dental Brands network of providers to increase the number of patients referred to our specialty providers for treatment and care. A Doctor/Community Outreach Coordinator also seeks opportunities to increase our Brand and clinic exposure in the community, including orchestrating local events and creating publicity.To be a successful Doctor/Community Outreach Coordinator, you should demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills. You will log your activities into the company's tracking tools. You should also be willing to travel to complete your duties.
Job Duties :

Survey local primary and specialty physicians to increase the number of patient referrals to Rock Dental Brands clinics. Help our doctors to build and maintain relationships with dentists to refer patients with confidence.

Develop and implement strategies to engage with the local community and key stakeholders.

Create a recurring outreach program with communication tools and a reporting dashboard to monitor growth from each channel.

Provide regular reporting to the leadership team and providers. Analyze performance by geography and develop and execute plans to improve referral traffic.

Plan and coordinate community outreach events and strategic sponsorships to further establish our clinics in the towns we serve.

Foster relationships with local and industry media outlets. Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches and other communications materials.

Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including content for social media and promotional materials. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

Identify opportunities to enhance brand and provider visibility and recognition.

Maintain a calendar of activities across more than 100 clinics. Manage deadlines, budgets and track key metrics.

Support doctor onboarding.

Support M&A events and other initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

3+ years of communications, community relations or equivalent experience.

Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Experienced in or, aptitude to become proficient in dental and orthodontic practice management systems.

Detail oriented and laser focused on quality.

Highly collaborative and able to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Must be confident in your ability to communicate at different levels of the business.

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

Great interpersonal and organizational skills.
