The mission of the Distribution Department is to deliver Everyday Luxury experiences through a seamless and structured Distribution Network.
THE OPPORTUNITY

You will play a pivotal role in managing the operations that deliver on our world-class Distribution Centre results. THE ROLE
As the Supervisor, Distribution, you will:

Uphold excellence within the four walls of our Distribution Centre via strategic operations management and centralized communications between Aritzia and the 3PL
Manage the inbound, outbound, and inventory operations of our 3PL, ensuring effective and efficient execution
Deliver 3PL expertise on Aritzia initiatives
Manage quality of people, process, technology, space, reporting, and product in the 3PL
Enable new store openings with optimized 3PL preparation and execution
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Supervisor, Distribution, has:


Proven skills, education and/or applicable certifications in DC operations and automation, retail operations, WMS, 3PLs, critical analysis, and verbal and written communication
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
