We are looking for a DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS!

Pay: $185k - $225k/ ANNUALLY DOE

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Coordinate, support, manage and monitor the workings of various managers and departments within the Division.
Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures.
Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, manufacturing warehousing, and distribution of goods. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Manage quality of service and quantity of employee productivity. Manage the maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary.
Ensure that standard procedures are followed when third parties are hired to perform labor. Also, the manager needs to ensure that the necessary administrative and legal formalities are completed. Lastly, the manager ensures that the third party properly executes the agreed terms and conditions.
Develop an operational plan based on the strategic plans of the company. Review the division's financial statements and data with executive management. Utilize data to align with the operational budget. Control inventory.
