A company is looking for a Director of Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement leadership development programs tailored for various leader populations
Create and maintain training resources and deliver training sessions using diverse methods
Lead the Learning Management System (LMS) and analyze training outcomes for effectiveness

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational learning and development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
7-10 years of experience in corporate learning and development roles
Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design
Experience with LMS administration and e-learning software
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
