Reporting RelationsAccountable and Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager
Positions that Report to you: None
Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Collaborates with brand managers, graphic designers, and content creators to plan digital marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Airship, Acoustic (ESP), GMB and other digital platforms.
- Execute digital marketing plans to exceed industry benchmarks in a drive to be best in class.
- Assist with the analysis of campaign performance to optimize and report overall results utilizing various reporting software including Google Analytics.
- Assist the team in a variety of digital activities and project management to support Marketing and Loyalty goals.
- Maintains and revises website graphics, content, files, and directories.
- Reports to work when scheduled and on time.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities- Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.
- Participates in company and team meetings.

Education and Experience1 year of digital marketing experience; experience with Google Tag Manager; experience with Google Analytics; general knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Physical Requirements- Must be able to physically perform sedentary work: exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.

Working ConditionsThe duties for this position are normally conducted in an office environment. There is frequent pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
