looking to make a difference? Our skilled nursing facility is seeking an experienced professional to lead and enhance our Dietary Department and provide exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, develop, and oversee the operation of the Dietary Department in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Conduct resident visits upon admission and routinely to assess food preferences, nutritional needs, care plans, and address potential complications.
Review therapeutic and regular diet plans and menus to ensure alignment with physician orders.
Supervise and direct the activities and programs of the Dietary Department to maintain quality nutritional services and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Dietitian (RD) certification, with licensure credits maintained as required.
At least

1 year of experience

as a registered dietitian in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
