What we are looking for
We are looking for an innovative and mission-driven Developer - EPIC Integrations to help design, develop, and maintain integrations between our call center software and EPIC systems.
In this role you will work closely with product managers, implementation engineers, and other developers to build reliable and scalable integration solutions.
The ideal candidate in this role will have experience working with EPIC APIs and has been a part of delivery and/or implementation functions for SaaS solutions.
As a Developer - EPIC Integrations in Acqueon you will
Work with a team of strong developers, working on large-scale, complex, and cutting-edge systems.
Develop and maintain integrations between Acqueon's platforms and EPIC's EHR systems using HL7 and other industry standards.
Collaborate with technical and product teams to define integration requirements and architecture.
Write clean, maintainable code to interface with EPIC systems, focusing on scalability and performance.
Document integration processes, code, and workflows clearly and thoroughly to ensure successful handoffs to other teams and future developers.
Operate with scale and speed, amidst flux in the fast-paced environment.
Manage the development and delivery of complex features from design to production according to product requirements.
Ensure that risks and issues are identified and managed closely while driving all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards.
As a Developer - EPIC Integrations in Acqueon you will need
An Engineering Degree - B.E/B.Tech/MS in any stream - Computer Science/IT preferred.
3-7+ years of development experience working with EPIC or other similar EHR platforms.
Deep understanding in Dotnet, Python, or Java.
Deep understanding of AWS and Google gateways.
Understanding of Healthcare technology practices.
Experience in developing scalable, concurrent, low-latency, and fault tolerant systems.
Previous experience of working with other international R&D teams, product management, and support teams.
Willingness to work in a fast paced, and driven team in a context-switching environment.
Expertise in highly transactional, large relational, and complex systems.
Strong object-oriented design skills and an uncanny ability to design intuitive modules and class-level interfaces.
Strong technical competence with a track record of individual technical accomplishments.
Ability to work onsite or hybrid in Acqueon's Dallas location if possible.
