Software Delivery Manager

is seeking a
Delivery Manager
to join our Software team. We offer a unique opportunity for the right candidate to become a core member of our team and work alongside motivated, intelligent, hard-working, and creative minds.
As a Delivery Manager you will be responsible for sprint ceremonies, coordinating with onshore and international staff, and collaborating with internal & external clients to ensure team success and efficiency. A typical project lifecycle is less than 6 months from idea to delivery with between 1 and 4 projects running concurrently. We offer a flexible work environment and don't have on-call requirements!
Qualifications
Minimum of one year experience as a Delivery Manager preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Mid-level knowledge of database querying
Understanding of management philosophies and best practices: Agile, Scrum, Kanban
Knowledgeable with cloud technologies: Azure a plus
Experience with user-story mapping, sprint planning, and road mapping

Location
This position is based out of the Milliman office in Omaha, Nebraska.Candidates hired into this role must be willing to work onsite full-time.
Salary
