• Docketing (tracking court filings) • Assist with court filings (including independent preparation of the filing for final review of paralegal) • Copying (including coordinating with mailroom and outside vendors for large projects) • Maintain files • Organization and assembly of binders and trial exhibits • Page checking document productions and deposition transcripts • Proofreading • Create and update indices and file labels Job Requirements for Billing Coordinator:
