Department Overview:

The Owned Digital Team is responsible for executing marketing targeted communications through TD's Digital Channels - td. com, online banking, & TD Bank's Mobile App - to drive organic growth for the bank. Our team collaborates closely with partners across Product, MarTech, Digital & Technology to continuously enhance our capabilities and create value at every Customer Touchpoint.

As a Marketing Manager in the Owned Digital Function, you will play a key role in managing complex and/or high-risk projects, plans, and campaigns across TD's Owned Digital Properties. This role is primarily responsible for leading the on-site digital execution, optimization, and performance of Card Marketing Acquisition and Engagement Campaigns. The Digital Marketing Manager provides leadership and strategy for personalized & best-in-class Marketing experiences to deepen the customers' relationships with TD. Will work with both Adobe and SalesForce Marketing Cloud Tools.

The Digital Marketing Manager is a marketing subject matter expert that manages complex and/or high-risk projects, plans, and campaigns within the digital, social, and content marketing space. This role is primarily responsible for complex and/or high-risk internal and external consulting and advisory services for businesses or functions within own portfolio, as well as supporting capability development within the marketing space.

Education & Experience:

• Undergraduate degree and/or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent required

• 7+ years relevant experience

• Proficient knowledge of multiple marketing disciplines, strategy development, consulting principles, lines of businesses supported, banking industry, and product/customer markets

• Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends

• Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations

• Ability to manage a budget and work within the constraints of that budget

• Ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate program/project activities to ensure completion of initiatives

• Ability to exercise sound judgement in making decisions

• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form

• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships

• Skill in using computer applications including MS Office

• Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• In lieu of an undergraduate degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, we will consider those with a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Experience using SalesForce Marketing Cloud

• Experience utilizing digital marketing technology to drive personalized and targeted experiences across touch points in owned digital channels including A/B Optimization Tests

• Expertise in Existing Customer Marketing Campaigns to deepen bank relationship

• Practical experience developing scorecards, executive level reports and utilization of data for digital media optimization, including techniques for measuring end-to-end effectiveness across digital marketing touch points.

• Ability to develop best practices across creative suite

• Business acumen: strategic thinking, business process development, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Working knowledge and expertise in strategies utilized to optimize performance through multiple digital devices; desktop, mobile and tablet.

• Business acumen: measurement & marketing analytics experience

Customer Accountabilities:

• Within own portfolio and/or area of expertise, acts as a champion for all things digital marketing

• Leads and manages the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital marketing capabilities, project fulfilment, and/or change management/communication

• Acts as a subject matter expert to ensure alignment to the Bank's overarching marketing strategies as well as industry trends/market forces/competitive landscape
