Assistant Manager-Fund AccountingHybrid-Wilmington, DEMonday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern TimeCandidates for this position must be eligible to work without sponsorship in the United States. Time on-site or time zone may be necessary based on business need.Some of the things you will be doing:

The Assistant Manager-Fund Accounting will manage multiple client relationships ensuring superior client service with their client service team members.

Deliverables include fund administration services provided to private equity funds such as:

Review waterfall calculations, capital call & distributions calculations, etc.
Coordinate deliverables with client and internal teams, ensure deadlines are met
Daily client and team member interaction
Supervise a team, handle training and career development
Ensure that best practices are used by fund accounting team and look for process improvements
Review capital call & distribution calculations and letters
Review waterfalls and partner capital account statements

What Technical Skills, Experience, and Qualifications do you need?

BS Degree in Accounting - CPA or CPA candidate preferred
Experience in portfolio/investment (Private Equity) accounting
Working knowledge of US GAAP
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, named ranges)
Investran experience a plus
Able to multitask and perform tasks under strict deadlines
Experience training staff
Experience managing client relationships
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
