A company is looking for a Software Engineer (Top Secret or CBP BI) to support mission partners in maintaining air and maritime domain awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the research and development of an analytics pipeline for identifying suspicious activities
Create and refine software applications and analytical models to support data scientists and mission partners
Maintain and enhance existing custom applications tailored for mission partner needs
Required Qualifications
Must be a US citizen with a current Top Secret security clearance and/or CBP suitability
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of professional experience in programming, design, and development
Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages; working knowledge of Java and Rust
Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and git
