We are searching for an IT Support Specialist to join our IT Team! If you are a highly organized, customer-service-focused problem solver who is eager to learn and contribute to the success of our IT operations, this could be the perfect role for you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting associates' technology needs across the organization. Your focus will be resolving issues efficiently, maintaining hardware and software systems, documenting activities, and ensuring seamless operations to support our "IT-as-a-Resource" strategy.
Provide timely and professional IT support to associates by resolving technology issues with a focus on exceptional customer service.
Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware including computers, PDAs, printers, desk phones, and basic networking equipment.
Document all activities, issues, and resolutions in the Happyfox Ticketing System for accurate record-keeping and process improvement.
Work with software systems such as Active Directory , Microsoft 365 , Mobile Device Management , Cisco Meraki , and ABS .
Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, track and ship equipment, and facilitate hardware purchases.
Continuously improve IT processes by identifying inefficiencies and developing solutions to enhance productivity.
Create and maintain personal organizational systems to ensure efficiency in task execution.
Assist with IT project work and provide on-site support at other company locations as needed.
Maintain and support basic networking equipment, escalating issues as appropriate.
Lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs as required.
Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL REQUIRE

Minimum Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a help desk or support-focused role.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with hardware deployment and troubleshooting (computers, printers, PDAs, desk phones, etc.).
Basic understanding of networking concepts and equipment.
Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 administration, and Mobile Device Management tools.
Proficiency in using and maintaining IT ticketing systems (e.g., Happyfox).
Ability to work with vendors for issue resolution, equipment shipping/tracking, and purchasing.
Soft Skills: Customer Service Focused: Demonstrates a passion for helping others and delivering high-quality support.
Highly Organized: Ability to create and maintain personal systems to ensure efficiency.
Strong Communicator: Effective verbal and written communication skills; not afraid to ask questions.
Aptitude for Learning: Strong interest in IT with a desire to continuously expand knowledge and skills.
Process Improvement Oriented: Seeks opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflows.
Other Requirements: Must be able to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Flexibility to travel to other company locations for IT support and project work as needed.
