Learning Systems Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Systems Lead (Administrator) to provide guidance and support and administer solutions within learning and development technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and assignment of learning courses and be a dedicated partner with business LOBs to meet their learning assignment needs. This role requires a strong background in business intelligence reporting - including proficiency in SQL and PowerBI and utilizing internal Humana data sources like go/headcount. Workday reporting experience is a plus. Cornerstone experience required.

The Learning Systems Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

The Learning Systems Lead facilitates access to expertise, services, and resources relating to technology-supported learning. Acts as consultant to business areas to intake learning needs and translate into how to meet them by leveraging technology-supported learning.

• Partners with business/SMEs to understand learning audiences

• Partners closely with Business leaders as well as HR technology and Learning Professionals

• Deploys interactive e-learning in a multimedia or mobile environment.

• Ensures the course can interface with a Learning Management System, if required.

• Collaborates with subject matter experts on appropriate technology-based learning solutions.

• Develops project documentation, including standards and templates.

• Provides technical troubleshooting support as related to learning programs/courses.

• Develops and deploys technology-based training (eLearning) and interactive e-learning courses and training modules.

• Advises any level of leadership/individual contributor to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.

• Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision,

• Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• 8 or more years of technical experience

• 2 or more years of project leadership experience

• Workday experience

• Cornerstone expertise

• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Business Intelligence reporting experience: SQL, PowerBI, Power Apps, etc.

• Experience or use of Workday reporting a plus!

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$86,300 - $118,700 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
