Your Role as a Physical Therapist:

Provide physical therapy treatment and patient care adhering to hospital, state and federal regulations, as well as professional guidelines.
Delegate tasks and supervise the efforts of physical therapist assistants and technicians.
Maintain clear and continuous communication with hospital departments to meet the needs of patients, staff, and the facility.
Assist patients in regaining control of their lives and independence.
Create an environment and culture that fosters patient safety and delivers patient-centered treatment.

Qualifications:

Current state licensure or certification required before commencing employment.
CPR certification preferred, unless otherwise mandated by hospital policy.
A degree from an accredited bachelor's or master's program along with relevant field experience is essential.
Demonstrated expertise in physical therapy evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment.
Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and caregivers are required.
