The Value-Based Programs Compass Analyst plays a crucial role in partnering with Humana market relationship owners to grant provider partners access to Population Insights Compass, Humana's Population Health Platform. Compass is a tool used by physician teams to manage the care of their members. The Value-Based Programs Compass Analyst supports successful value-based and Fee for Service provider relationships in granting Compass access with a focus on improving the provider experience and achieving path-to-value goals through analysis and collaboration of provider access, loading and maintenance.

The primary responsibilities include managing incoming access cases to Compass to ensure prompt execution per SLA (service level agreement), validating access requests, and ensuring operational and support readiness. This role involves providing technical support to internal and external teams, troubleshooting Compass access issues, and effectively communicating with end users. Additionally, the Analyst conducts Compass user education through screenshares, emails, and phone calls, including password reset guidance and documenting procedures for production support.

• Plans and organizes content creation, including market response scripts, which aligns with Compass application goals and target audience. ​Manages multiple email inboxes and uses creative and innovative thinking to aid in developing outbound communication content.

• Serves as the interface between the Compass and internal Compass access and provider access customer.

• The role will overseeadditional projects and responsibilities as needed to support the team's objectives in relation to training/Education and Support team workflows.

• Collaborate effectively across multiple IT teams, external Compass users, and a broad group of user stakeholder groups.

• Serves as a member of the Compass support team to execute access requests for internal users and provider access requests.

• Documenting procedures for Production Support

• Oversees Data issues cases and attend Data stand up call

• Various Compass platform user education outreach/support

• Uses excel to analyze, research and load Provider Access to Compass

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year experience with data analysis

• Experience in analyzing data from various workflows, including the ability to extract, interpret, and report insights

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerBI and Excel (ex. pivot tables, vlookups, basic formatting, etc)

• Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with physicians, team members, and other stakeholders

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a professional environment

• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Healthcare Data, including interoperability

• Experience using Cornerstone/LMS

• 1+ year of experience within the Service Fund Department

• Provider installation experience

• SQL knowledge and experience in writing SQL queries

• Experience in the healthcare industry

• To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

• At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate.

• Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL connection is suggested.

• Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if they provide an optimal connection for associates. The use of these methods must be approved by leadership. (See Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL Connection in Exceptions, Section 7. 0 in this policy. )

• Humana will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

• Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
