• Certifications:* COVID-19 Vaccine and Current Booster required
• Must-Have:*
• Hemodialysis (HD) experience required
• Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) experience preferred
• No background or license issues. No exemptions accepted

• Minimum of 5 overnight on-call shifts per month with 1 to 2 being weekend 24-hour shifts
• Minimum of 1 to 2 Saturday morning shifts per month for patients needing extra treatment
• Completion of modules within the first week of assignment is mandatory and unpaid
• Missed shifts due to call-outs must be made up by adding extra days to the contract
• Clearance must be obtained prior to the first workday
• Submit requests for time off (RTO) prior to offer; alterations not accepted post-offer
• Orientation involves a photo submission upon acceptance of the offer following specific guidelines
