CGI Federal is currently looking for a Tech Writer/Document Manager with active Top-Secret SCI clearance to support a large project for a federal government client. The Tech Writer will have the opportunity to work in an agile environment, utilizing a variety of skills and languages in a fast-paced, cutting-edge setting where their input can enhance processes and team interactions.
• US CITIZENSHIP AND ACTIVE TOP SECRET SCI CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED
• This position will be based in Washington, DC area.
Fonctions et responsabilits:
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including standard operating procedures, user instruction, technical specifications, and/or API documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and business process re-engineering teams for accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Communicate complex financial or technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Edit, standardize, or make changes to material prepared by other writers
• Document integration processes and procedures
• Organize material and complete writing assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
• Recommend improvements in standard processes, including document templates and communication with the technical team members

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $55,600.00 - $118,700.00.
