CGI Federal is currently looking for a Senior Technical Expert with an active Top-Secret clearance to support a large project for a federal government client. IIAU provides web-based application support and conducts regular operations and maintenance (O&M) to keep the applications it services secure and operating effectively and efficiently.
• US CITIZENSHIP AND ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED
• This position will be based in Washington, DC area.

Provide guidance with best practice recommendations, process improvement, project scheduling and resource availability
Analyze challenges and provide technical solutions to meet client needs
Coordinate changes to computer databases. Identify, investigate, and resolve database performance issues, database capacity, and database scalability.

Capability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with business partners and technology teams.
8+ years previous experience in similar job function
Excellent organizational skills are a must
Works effectively with minimal guidance
Exceptional customer service skills
Understanding and proven experience in development processes, problem-solving techniques, supportability, project management interaction
Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills.

Please note that due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship is required.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $67,800.00 - $150,200.00.
