The Preventative Health Officer (PHO) plays a key role in the development and implementation of preventative health programming Agency-wide by utilizing their unique health-promotion background.

As a Preventative Health (PHO) Officer for CIA, you will work in a multidisciplinary environment, supporting, developing, and leading diverse preventative-health programming initiatives.
The entry-level PHO assists management in the development of preventative-health programs for all Agency personnel, utilizing their unique health-promotion background to support the Center for Global Health Services mission.
The full-performance PHO provides a leadership role in guiding and developing support solutions for senior management, within a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.
They will lead, manage, and motivate staff and contractor team members to provide Agency health and wellness services where needed.
The expert-level PHO will manage programs across the enterprise and provide direct support and influence to Agency senior management in problem-solving and strategic planning.
